Our store is open 24/7.  We currently only ship to the USA, but we are working on worldwide shipping. We will inform you of our shipping service for original artwork. Our prints are shipped by our professional drop-shipping service, The Print Space, which is end-to-end carbon neutral.

Returns and refunds

Shipping rates vary depening on the size and type of original artwork. Delivery times vary, but we will keep you informed of all the details throughout the entire process.

Buyer is responsible for covering the shipping rates in addition to any customs fees and/or import duties in other countries.  We recommend consulting local customs or tax offices to receive more information on international orders.

GICLEE FINE ART PRINTS

Flat shipping rate $15 USD
We will included worldwide flat shipping rates once we offer this service. 
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary. The Print Space handles and ships all of our prints. They have production hubs in the UK and Germany. US orders do not have any import changes. 

We honor requests to return and exchange our original artwork. We try our best to accurately represent our artwork, but differences in color and texture may occur in online images compared to in person.

Returns and exchanges as well as refunds are possible within 14 days after receiving your artwork on that condition that you notify us through email within those 14 days. Contact us at creative@townsendmajors.com for support. Any artwork sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return: The original artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, and must be shipped back in its original packaging. 

Buyer is responsible for any postage fees incurred when returning artwork.

GICLEE FINE ART PRINTS

DAMAGE & SIGNIFICANT DELAYS:
We will send a replacement print free of charge if your print is damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

Please contact us within 14 days at creative@townsendmajors.com upon receipt of your damaged print to be eligible or after a significant delay.

OTHER REFUNDS:
