Tasselled wobbegong sharks are members of the carpet shark family. They are commonly observed in the Great Barrier Reef. They are flat, well-camouflaged sharks reaching a maximum length of about 4.1 feet (1.25 m).

I'm a medical and scientific illustrator with over 10 years of professional experience. I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art with a concentration in Drawing and a minor in Mathematics. I went on to receive a Masters of Arts in Biomedical Communications - Biomedical Illustration. I'm combining art and science with a renewed focus to integrate my childhood passions and implementing ways to give back to nature. Through my work, I want to help people dive into subjects they are passionate or curious about and encourage engagement with our natural world. It's been a winding often unexpected journey, and I'm grateful for it. I'm just getting started and I'm thrilled you're here!
